Une reconnaissance que nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer avec quatre nouvelles cr\u00e9ations, en particulier le \u00ab\u00a0Prato Fiorito\u00a0\u00bb, un fromage frais m\u00fbri pendant 48 heures, puis affin\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents types de baies, comme des fraises des bois et des m\u00fbres, et enfin avec des fleurs de bleuet\u00a0\u00bb.<br>Le deuxi\u00e8me nouveau fromage, qui n&rsquo;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9, est lui aussi tr\u00e8s particulier : \u00ab\u00a0Une p\u00e2te entre la demi-ferme et la demi-ferme\u00a0\u00bb, explique Stefano, \u00ab\u00a0produite par coagulation pr\u00e9sure, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire avec l&rsquo;ajout de pr\u00e9sure. Une activit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il pratique avec tant d&rsquo;amour qu&rsquo;il a invent\u00e9, avec son ami Pierfilippo Spoto de Val di Kam, \u00ab\u00a0Il Giorno del Pastore\u00a0\u00bb.   <br>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des rendez-vous les plus int\u00e9ressants du tourisme exp\u00e9rientiel dans le Sicani : il commence le matin avec les histoires des bergers racont\u00e9es dans la bergerie ; ensuite, les visiteurs qui le souhaitent peuvent participer \u00e0 la traite manuelle des ch\u00e8vres, go\u00fbter le lait fra\u00eechement trait et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9gustation de fromage. L&rsquo;aventure se poursuit en plein air, en suivant les ch\u00e8vres dans leur p\u00e2turage et, comme le grand air, d&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;il est beau, ouvre l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit, un pique-nique avec pain, fromage et bon vin est toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour. <br>Nous rentrons \u00e0 la ferme au coucher du soleil\u00a0\u00bb, dit Vincenzo Vinti, \u00ab\u00a0fatigu\u00e9s mais satisfaits\u00a0\u00bb, nous confient nos h\u00f4tes, que nous avons souvent l&rsquo;occasion de revoir, car, et ils le disent toujours, une journ\u00e9e en plein air, et qui plus est avec les
