Kilometers of pristine beaches, bordered by dunes that lead to a dense forest of pine and eucalyptus trees. We are on the coast of <strong>Bovo Marina<\/strong>, in the territory of <strong>Montallegro, a<\/strong> small town in the Agrigento area with just over two thousand inhabitants.<br><strong>Luna Minoica<\/strong> &#8216;s adventure began in 2016, when an entrepreneur from Verona, Silvio Trevisan, fell in love with this corner of Sicily, still wild and unspoiled, and decided to buy a 1970s building a few steps from the sea, of which he imagined the accommodation potential. The structure at the beginning of the activity is a bed and breakfast, now the formula is that of <strong>suites &amp; apartments.<\/strong><br>In all, forty elegant rooms with all the comforts, plus apartments. Luna Minoica is, in addition, equipped with two swimming pools, one of which has seawater. Our season runs from April to November. Mostly, our guests are couples, but there is no shortage of families who find in our facility, adequate services even for the little ones. Fifty percent Italian, our clientele also includes Germans, French, Swiss and Americans.&#8221;<br>The charm of unspoiled nature and the proximity to archaeological sites of great importance, such as the archaeological park of the very close <strong>Eraclea Minoa<\/strong> and the <strong>Valley of the Temples,<\/strong> make Bovo Marina an ideal base for exploring the surroundings; just a few kilometers away, at an altitude of almost a thousand meters, is the beautiful <strong>Caltabellotta<\/strong> and a few kilometers further on, the seaside town of <strong>Sciacca<\/strong>. For the more energetic, Luna Minoica also offers the possibility of exploring the surroundings by <strong>bicycle<\/strong> or by various types of <strong>trekking<\/strong>.  <br>&#8220;Before there was no activity here,&#8221; Canino says, &#8220;today in the wake of Luna Minoica, several kiosks have sprung up on the beach offering food service and the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas. In our facility alone, fifty employees work, all local: a nice boost to the area&#8217;s economy. His menu emphasizes local products and traditional recipes.&#8221;  <br>Finally, for those who, while not wanting to give up any comforts, prefer close contact with nature and want to bask in breathtaking views, there is the possibility of immersing themselves in the fascinating world of <strong>glamping<\/strong>.
