In addition, our pasta has a very low glycemic index and zero, I say zero, simple sugars.&#8221; In short, it tastes good and is good for your health.  <\/p>\n<p>A goal achieved thanks to the synergy activated with <strong>Molino San Giuseppe<\/strong> of Chiusa Sclafani and the pasta factories Stallone of Salemi and Minardo of Modica. <strong>Not just pasta<\/strong>, though. Among the Altamore farm products shipped throughout Europe are semolina and lentils. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the Altamore farm is one of the members of the Distretto rurale di qualit\u00e0 dei Sicani, the collective brand for the recognition and enhancement of Sicani.
